2001 Rittenhouse Hercules: The Complete Journeys isn’t the first set based on the show. But if you collect autographs, it’s pretty much the only way to go. It features a mix of main stars, supporting roles and minor characters.
Topping the list is Hercules himself, Kevin Sorbo. While all the other cards in the set are numbered with an ‘A’ prefix, Sorbo is HA1. Other notable signers include Martin Kove of Karate Kid fame, Gina Torres, Tawny Kitaen, Michael Hurst and Sam Sorbo.
Meighan Desmond, A15 on the checklist, is exclusive to the set’s binder. It’s not in any packs.
Inserted 1:14 packs, Hercules: The Complete Journeys Autographs are inserted three per box.
A later expansion set has another Kevin Sorbo autograph (HXA1). It has 999 copies.
None of the 2001 Rittenhouse Hercules: The Complete Journeys Autographs command big money today. The show has been off the air for a long time. Its popularity was also surpassed by that of its spinoff, Xena: Warrior Princess. But while they may not be worth a lot now, tracking some of them down may take some time.
