2024 Topps Star Wars Galactic Antiquities appears to be a successor of sorts to Stellar Signatures, which was last released in 2021. Heavy on super premium content, each Galactic Antiquities case has just one box of nine cards. Five of those are autographs. A pair of base cards or parallels, a metal card and an oversized sketch card round things out.
2024 Topps Star Wars Galactic Antiquities Checklist Details
The base set has 90 cards, all of which are focused on characters. Both movies and television shows are on the checklist. Lending to the high-end nature of the product are the limited parallels. Three levels are available with Red being the most plentiful with just ten copies each. The other two, Gold and Hyperspace, are both one-of-ones.
In addition to these are metal cards that draw their inspiration from Beskar, the metal used to make Mandalorian armor.
Base Autographs are two per box. There are three different designs and signers covering various films and shows. In all instances, signatures are on-card. Parallels include Orange (#’ed/25), Red (#’ed/10), Gold (1/1) and Hyperspace (1/1).
A handful of other styles are available, offering more variety than Stellar Signatures.
Framed Autographs are surrounded by gold metal while Wooden Autographs are done on, well, wood.
Additional Beskar vibes are in Metal Autographs, which have Red (#’ed/10), Gold (1/1) and Hyperspace (1/1) versions as well.
1977 Tribute Autographs take things back to the original set of Topps Star Wars trading cards as far as design goes. Similar to Base Autographs, these have Orange (#’ed/25), Red (#’ed/10), Gold (1/1) and Hyperspace (1/1) parallels.
Finally, there are Autograph Books. These all contain seven signatures and are one-of-ones.
The product’s Oversized Sketch Cards all have original art, making each one-of-a-kind.
