Going back to the early days of the Original Series, the GPK gang has a history of poking fun at various aspects of pop culture. For 2024 Topps Garbage Pail Kids: Game Over, it’s all about video games.
The online-exclusive release features 60 total cards. But it’s not a typical pack release. Starting May 16, a new set of ten cards were released each week with the checklist wrapping after six. Weekly sets highlight five different games, each with an A and B name variation.
Bundles include an eleventh card, either a Wrapper parallel or a Gold Foil Wrapper card numbered to 25.
Sets are made-to-order so print runs vary from week to week.
This set is different from the similarly named inserts in the full 2024 Topps Garbage Pail Kids: Kids at Play release.
