2024 Panini Prizm Football Manga Details
As the name suggests, Manga inserts draw inspiration from Japanese comics. Although they made their NFL debut in 2021, it’s arguable that the cards came into their own in 2024. Initially, most of the players were just drawn in the cartoonish style with some action lines to bring things together. Now, players are portrayed in a more larger-than-life fashion doing a variety of activities or shown as things like warriors, cowboys, androids and furries. There’s also Xavier Worthy who channels his inner Mario Kart.
This time, it’s almost as though Manga has been Downtown-ed. The cards fully lean into the concept now and the results show.
So do the values. Early sales saw most selling for $1,000 and up (significantly). Multiple copies of key players have topped $2,500.
The 2024 Panini Prizm Football checklist has 30 different Manga inserts. Fifteen are done with a horizontal format and the other half are vertical. The checklist originally released by Panini differentiated the two but the numbering on the back is the same. All cards have an “M-” prefix and use players’ initials.
The exact rarity and print runs of 2024 Panini Prizm Football Manga inserts are not known as the card maker hasn’t released exact odds. They do appear to be case hits and may be similar to the product’s latest Color Blast installment.
