2024 Cryptozoic CZPlus Dark Nights Metal rocks out the DC crossover storyline from 2017 and 2018 that gave Batman, Superman and much of the comics universe a grim makeover. Crossing the multiverse, it introduced some memorable designs that are part horror and part rock (but none of the KISS).
The product also introduces the CZPlus line, which is meant to lean high-end but not quite to the level of sets under the CZX banner.
Hobby boxes come with a pair of premium cards from sketches, autographs and Brilliance parallels that come numbered to 69 and under.
2024 Cryptozoic CZPlus Dark Nights Metal Checklist Details
Sixty-three cards summarize the Dark Nights Metal storyline. Art comes from the tie-in comics, mini series and one-shots.
Seven levels of parallels are available:

Two traditional hits are included on the checklist. A total of 14 different Dark Nights writers and artists have autographs. These come in single, dual and triple formats and combine to land about every fourth box. Scott Snyder, Jim Lee and Greg Capullo are among the signatures available.
Sketch cards all come with original art. Significantly easier to pull than autographs, these are 1:16 packs.
The 2024 Cryptozoic CZPlus Dark Nights Metal checklist has four more insert sets.
The Dark Knights showcase the various forms of Batman shown in the series as he merges with other characters, multiverse style. The nine-card set has art by Greg Capullo and Doug Mahnke. Dark Arts has 18 alternate covers from various connected comic books. Both of these have a parallel lineup similar to the base set.
Nine Divine Metals Puzzle cards go together to form something bigger.
Finally, there’s Dark Signals. Numbered to 99, each of these has a coin medallion with a different Dark Knights symbol. These are tough at 1:122 packs, making them essentially a case hit.
Every tenth 2024 Cryptozoic CZPlus Dark Nights Metal box comes with alternate art of the Batman Who Laughs reflected in the shards of a broken mirror.
