2023 Topps Germany Star Wars: Return of the Jedi 40th Anniversary is a limited edition set available only in Europe — and only for a very short time. Sold through the card maker’s overseas sites, it was a fast sellout. Hobby boxes come with five packs, each with five cards. Parallels are two per box. Autographs are also possible, falling every other box according to Topps.

As for the cards themselves, they cover different aspects surrounding the final chapter of the original trilogy. It’s not a big set, consisting of just 34 cards. However, it’s broken down into five different subsets, each with their own theme and design:
- Illustrated Scenes
- Characters
- Posters
- Triples and Duals
- Illustrated Characters
Parallels come in six levels numbered to either 49, 40, 25, 10, 5 and 1.
There are also two tough inserts, Dark Ruby featuring Darth Vader and Light Ruby with Luke Skywalker. Each of these has just 40 copies each.
The autograph list released by Topps is a strong one. Consisting of just five names, all have notable roles in Return of the Jedi. Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher headline the list. Jeremy Bulloch, Peter Mayhew and Warwick Davis are also available.
2023 Topps Germany Star Wars: Return of the Jedi 40th Anniversary is different from the print-on-demand set that was available over the span of a couple weeks in May.
