The 2010 Breygent Ghost Whisperer San Diego Comic-Con exclusives focus on the third and fourth seasons of the show. In a lot of ways, they’re an extension of the full product’s premium inserts.

The cards were issued in Breygent’s Comic-Con Mystery Packs, which covered several of their licenses including Dexter and Paranormal Activity.

Each of the packs has either an autograph, prop, costume or sketch card plus one promo card. So that meant that you weren’t necessarily guaranteed something from Ghost Whisperer.

Leading the 2010 Breygent Ghost Whisperer San Diego Comic-Con exclusives are a pair of autographs. One has just Jennifer Love Hewitt. There’s also a dual autograph that pairs the star with Hillary Duff.

A third autograph, a dual with Hewitt and David Conrad, can also be found. These are copies cards that were supposed to be in the main Seasons 3 and 4 release but the quality was off as the ink didn’t stick to the card properly.

Metallogloss cards are essentially memorabilia cards that have been encased in a metal frame and done on a hard stock. Two costume cards and a map prop card represent the show.

There are also two regular memorabilia cards. A patch card from the coroner’s uniform is extremely tough. There’s also a card with small swatches from nine different characters.

On the regular prop card front, things get a little strange. The first one, which has swatches from a sleeping mask, maybe not so much. The other has a prop tooth.

Rounding out the 2010 Breygent Ghost Whisperer San Diego Comic-Con exclusives is the promo card. In addition to the regular version, there’s a foil take on the same card as well.
