2009 Rittenhouse Complete Twilight Zone 50th Anniversary trading cards take a bit of a different approach than their previous four sets. Rather than going deep on a select number of episodes, every show is covered in some form.

The 79-card base set squeezes in a lot of content. Opting for a double-sided approach, there’s one episode on the font and another on the reverse. In addition to a small image, the original airdate and a brief synopsis is included.
Like the sets of Twlight Zone trading cards, autographs are the central part of the chase. At 52 cards (including three incentives), the checklist approaches a similar size to the base set. Four come in every box. And while the list does have a lot of familiar faces, it doesn’t have quite the same level of tentpole stars as the previous releases. Patrick Macnee and John Astin of Addam’s Family fame are among those in the set.
2009 Rittenhouse Complete Twilight Zone 50th Anniversary has three additional insert sets. Portraits spotlights some of the show’s biggest guest stars. A Life of Its Own delves into seemingly inanimate objects that left a big impression. Finally, there are 18 Twilight Zone In Motion cards that are done in lenticular.
