The 2004 Rittenhouse Outer Limits Expansion set came on the heels of the autograph-heavy Sex, Cyborgs and Science Fiction release of the year before. This time, though, it wasn’t a full release — far from it.
Each of the mini factory set has just four cards. That said, they’re all autographs. Headlining the list is Gary Busey, who was nominated for an Oscar for The Buddy Holly Story and would go on to become an even bigger celebrity for his colorful soundbites.
Also on the checklist is Sheena Easton who is best known for her music career, although she also has a fairly extensive acting resumé.
Bruce Harwood and Jon Tenney round out the main portion of the set.
In addition to the four autographs, those ordering five sets received to additional cards. The first is a signed card from Star Trek legend, Leonard Nimoy. There’s also a Sheena Easton costume card.
A total of 500 2004 Rittenhouse Outer Limit Expansion sets were produced.
